How do I access my course after purchasing?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your login details. Simply head to the Log In page, sign in, and you'll find all your enrolled courses in your student dashboard.
Can I watch course videos on any device?
Yes! All Everything Art courses are fully responsive and work on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Learn wherever you like.
Do courses expire? How long do I have access?
Individual course purchases give you lifetime access — they're yours to keep forever. Subscribers have access for the duration of their subscription.
Is there a free trial or free courses?
Yes! We have several free courses — filter by "Free" on the Courses page. We also offer free lesson previews on most courses so you can try before you buy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and course purchases, no questions asked.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our trusted payment processor.
Membership & Subscription
What is Studio Pass and Studio Pass+?
Studio Pass and Studio Pass+ are our two monthly membership tiers. Studio Pass gives you access to the monthly magazine, the handwritten letters archive, a featured lesson each month, Creative Paths, and our How to Start in Mixed Media course. Studio Pass+ includes everything in Studio Pass plus the full Wanderlust archive and access to our standalone course library.
What's the difference between buying a course and subscribing?
When you buy a course, it's yours forever — lifetime access, no strings. With a subscription, you can explore a wider range of content for a monthly fee, but access ends if you cancel. Think of it as: buying is "own and keep," subscribing is "explore and discover."
What is the monthly magazine?
Each month we publish a beautiful digital magazine exclusively for subscribers, packed with creative writing, imagery, and curated lesson recommendations. Each issue is available for one month — download it and it's yours to keep forever. We'll always send a reminder before an issue closes so you don't miss out.
What are Creative Paths?
Creative Paths are hand-curated collections of six video lessons from the Wanderlust archive, grouped around a specific theme — like art history, adding meaning to your work, or very mixed media techniques. Each path comes with a beautifully designed PDF guide. New paths are added regularly, and older ones rotate out to keep things fresh.
If I cancel my subscription, do I lose everything?
You'll lose access to the subscription content when your current billing period ends, but anything you've downloaded — like magazine issues — is yours to keep. And any courses you've purchased separately remain yours forever, completely unaffected by your subscription status.
I've already bought Wanderlust. Is the subscription still worth it?
Your Wanderlust purchase gives you lifetime access and community membership — that's not changing. The subscription adds different things on top: the monthly magazine, Creative Paths, the Featured Lesson of the Month, and access to standalone courses. Many of our most loyal Wanderlust buyers love the subscription as a way to keep exploring new creative content every month.
Are all courses included in Studio Pass+?
Studio Pass+ includes a wide range of courses from our library, but not every course. Some courses are exclusive to direct purchase — they're always clearly marked. New courses typically become available in the subscription after a period of time, so direct buyers always get first access.
Is there a free trial for Studio Pass?
We don't currently offer a free trial, but you can cancel at any time — there's no long-term commitment. We also have free courses on the site so you can experience our teaching style before subscribing.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?" — we'll send a reset link to your email within a few minutes.
Can I share my account with family members?
Each account is for individual use. Family members need their own account. We offer gift cards — contact us for details.
