Time to start using colours with confidence!

Book your spot on our FREE 3-day challenge (+1 bonus day) to learn all you need to start using colours with confidence.

Colour theory doesn't have to be boring or complicated!

We'll make it fun, I promise. Every day I'll give you a great chunk of knowledge and then we'll move straight onto the practice.

During the Challenge, you'll create your own

Colour Confidence Art Journal

from scratch (yes, you will!). It will be filled with exercises and your progress. Yes, even if you've never done a book from scratch before or have no idea about art journaling - you'll do it with my guidance!

  • Have you ever struggled with matching colours?

  • Have you ever gone a little too far and got muddy colours instead of bright, vibrant shades that you're craving?

  • Have you ever felt that your works seem dull and lack impact?

  • Have you ever wished you knew more about colours, but couldn't bring yourself to read a book or do an expensive course about colour theory?

  • Do you want to start following your intuition when choosing colours, but still feel at a loss when it comes to mixing and matching?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this Challenge is for YOU.

And it won't cost you a penny! It's totally free (no strings attached) and packed with knowledge and fun exercises.

This is your opportunity to finally gain the confidence you always wished you've had. You'll start creating the jaw-dropping art pieces that will burst with clean, perfectly matched colours.

Here's what you'll need:

  • a colour wheel (find it online, open it on your tablet or print it out if you must. Ideally though invest in a proper one which Kasia will be using during the Challenge)
  • acrylic paints (all the colours you have may come handy. If you haven't got any then invest in a basic set like this one. At this point don't stress about getting any exact colours.)
  • a pencil
  • 3 sheets of watercolour paper in A4 size (210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches) - hot or cold-pressed, you can also have more than just 3, and you can use a smaller size.
  • a piece of ribbon (about 30 inches, 80cm long)
  • a ruler
  • a bone folder or an old credit card
  • a palette knife (or an old credit card)
  • paintbrushes for acrylics (two different sizes will be enough - flat or round)
  • a tub or a jar for water
  • a glue stick
  • ladies from this printable, cut out
  • a palette for mixing colours (I use a plate)
  • optional: soft (thin) gel medium

Thie Colour Confidence challenge is for everyone interested in creating abstract art, mixed-media and art journaling. The colour theory can be used to make any kind of art, but the exercises and examples shown will be based on abstract mixed-media.

All exercises will be demonstrated using acrylic paints.

The sign ups close on the 27th of August. The challenge will start on the 28th of August 2020. You'll receive all of the content via email and you'll be able to download all the videos and handouts and keep them forever.
